Orange County has accepted a contract with low bidder Mid-Atlantic Contractors, Inc. of Farmville for $610,000. The architect for the project is Glenn Reynolds of Reynolds Architects Inc. of Blacksburg. Construction is estimated to take 7 to 9 months.
