 Anime Viewing and Snacks-Friday, December 1, 6-8

We will be watching four episodes of Mushishi, snacking on candy, and socializing.

Mushishi:

The story features ubiquitous creatures called Mushi (蟲) that often display what appear as supernatural powers. It is implied that there are many more lifeforms more primitive than "normal" living things such as animals, plants, fungi and bacteria, and Mushi is the most primitive of all. Due to their ethereal nature most humans are incapable of perceiving Mushi and are oblivious to their existence, but there are a few who possess the ability to see and interact with Mushi. One such person is Ginko (ギンコ), the main character of the series.  He employs himself as a Mushi Master (蟲師 mushi-shi), traveling from place to place to research Mushi and aid people suffering from problems caused by them.

Board Games and Werewolf-3rd Saturdays, 2-4
A great place to meet up with friends or make new ones!  We will teach you how to play strategy games, such as Forbidden Desert, Pandemic Contagion or Tiny Epic Kingdoms, or you can play party games such as Apples to Apples, Code Names, Taboo, or Exploding Kittens. If the group chooses we can also play Werewolf, a popular bluffing game.  Feel free to bring your own games!  Snacks served.
Teen Writers Group-4th Sundays, 2-4
For October, we will each be bringing some writing to share, either original or that of a favorite author.  We will have writing prompts available to get our creative juices flowing, and get some writing done.  And, we will eat cupcakes.
Teen Advisor Meeting-2nd Thursdays, 6-8

This meeting is for Teen Advisors. Advisors are library volunteers who plan programs for their peers and children, play lots of socializing games, and talk about all things teen.
